THE ESSENTIALS LIST: favorite wardrobe staples

Have you ever had that moment when you are looking through your closet full of clothes for something to wear and you think, “I HAVE NOTHING TO WEAR?!” Which is actually quite absurd. Who does that? (Me! I do that!!) 

So I've found something to combat those difficult times! I've realized when I keep the essential in my closet at all times, I always have an outfit that looks put together and makes me feel cute. Even when I’m in a hurry!

This outfit includes a few basic pieces from my essentials list that my team and I created for you.

This staple white shirt. You guys, everyone needs a classic white shirt (see list below)! So get one you love and makes you feel great! I love that this white shirt is just slightly oversized, but fitted enough that I don't feel like I'm wearing my husband's shirt.

Dark denim. Also on my list! (Did I mention I made a list of essentials for you guys). Everyone has their go-to favorites for jeans, I do too! I love dark denim because I can dress up or down, wear with pumps or sneakers, top with blouses or t-shirts. I love these jeans because they are a little stretchy but don't lose their shape after one wear!

AND they're under $100!!

Satchels are also a must in my book! This pink saddle bag is really one of my tried and true favorites. I took it's twin sister all over Europe and it was a lifesaver. So when I saw this beauty available in PINK it was kind of an obvious yes.

And last but not least, flats. So important! Comfortable, cute flats that go with everything really pull an outfit together. These taupe flats have a fun, side cutout detail that add a little extra!
