I don't know if I would call myself a thrill seeker, but I am a frill seeker! I love ruffles. I love that they add a little bit of romance or a little bit of drama to any outfit. They're basically their own accessory! It makes throwing together an outfit for a summer party or backyard bbq a breeze, because you can keep everything else simple and neutral and let the ruffles do the talking!
This white ruffled top is a great alternative to the traditional button down. It's super light which is great for beating the summer heat in style. You can easily dress it up for work or dress it down for more casual summer events. The fit is super flattering and the ruffle sleeves are so much fun.
This little tassel necklace is the perfect accessory for this top, because it adds a little something extra without competing with the ruffles.
Pairing this top with wide-leg linen pants was a slightly bolder choice than sticking with jeans, but I love that it lends a beachy, summer vibe to the whole outfit. They have a nice relaxed, flowy fit, plus linen and summertime go together like tacos and Tuesdays.
