lately i'm trying SO hard to drink more water and i'm getting better at it when i add a few drops of lemon essential oil. not only does it taste better but it has so many health benefits like a natural energy boost and it helps with digestion. but you have to drink it in a glass bottle so this kate spade bottle has been my best friend lately. the rubber cover keeps it safe and makes it cuter than your average plastic bottle!

also i love these sneakers truly madly deeply. no breaking-in required. so comfy. so great for running after my curious, adorable, destructive, sweet little two year old.
