dressed by macy’s at NYFW

Last week while I was in New York for fashion week, I had the opportunity to work with Macy's to put an outfit together for fashion week. My goal was to find something that I could wear to the runway shows but also back home as the weather gets a little warmer and we go into Spring.

I love that Macy's offers so many options at achievable price points. Their storefront in New York is something I always think of when I envision shopping in the city.

I loved the soft texture of this suede-like jacket from Macy's INC and of course I loved that it was pink! I paired it with a soft white blouse and some faux leather leggings.

Macy's and Shopstyle filmed a really fun video of me talking about my fashion week look! It totally took me back to my days as a college student when I majored in Broadcast Journalism.

After we wrapped the video shoot, I had the privilege of shooting with New York Times photographer Craig Arend. Can you tell it was only a few degrees outside? He somehow made me look like I was standing in sunny 60 degree weather in all these images.
