PASS: Airwrap – Okay, we want to be SUPER clear that we are absolute die hard Dyson Airwrap fans (read all about our love for it here). We swear by it to create the prettiest waves, or the perfect at home blow-out look. BUT we do want to point out this just isn't the best deal or price point we've seen it at. This wonder of a tool can be super hard to find in stock so if you're mostly concerned about getting it while you can still find it in stock, now is a great time to pick it up while it is slightly discounted. But cowboy boots can get pricy, and since they're a pretty trendy item there's really no need to break the bank on them. These are a GREAT option to try out the trend or have them on rotation for any fun concerts you might be attending or for all of those cute fall outfits. PASS: Dolce Vita Cowboy Boots – Okay, if you're a splurge girlie these boots are NICE, we just want to point out that you can get a really similar looking pair of boots for a lot less here which leaves more room in the budget for other amazing NSale finds, right?! On sale for $169.99 (reg. $260) right now.

BUY: Vacay Suitcase – This suitcase is a winner and one of the practical items you just don't want to pass on while it's on sale! Regularly $225 and on sale for $65 OFF making it just $159.99. That's a super good value on a classic piece of luggage that's perfect for all of your travels. With over 350 nearly perfect reviews don't sleep on this find. This would be TOP of our list for best Nordstrom Anniversary Sale items!
PASS: Tumi Carry-On – Is this travel system nice? Yes. Will it cost you a fraction of your mortgage payment? Also yes. All jokes aside this is a really luxurious piece of luggage but we do have sticker shock over it just a bit when you get a really nice piece of luggage here for $365 LESS. To us that's a no brainer!
BUY: Always Pan Set – Okay, it's no secret we are absolutely loyal to practically everything Our Place puts out, but our first love? The Always Pan. This nontoxic, do-it-all kitchen essential replaces EIGHT pieces of cookware, so is there any wonder we couldn't be without it? Finding it on sale is always a win – get this for just $112.99 right now (reg. $150).
PASS: Viking Fry Pan – While we have no doubt that this is a really nice fry pan, we just can't wrap our head around the price tag when you can get this one that replaces eight different cookware pieces for A LOT less.
BUY: Cult Classic BFD Blanket – Okay, everyone loves these super luxurious blankets (including us!) and it's sort of become synonymous with the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale over the years. So, if you've had your heart set on one of these to cuddle up with during those cooler months that are just around the corner, it's definitely a great time to take advantage and buy one while it's on sale for just $97.99 (reg. $147).
PASS: Pom Pom Blanket – This chunky knit blanket is cute but it's super pricy and the reviews don't have us feeling conflicted if you know what we mean! This is one to pass on and go with the viral Barefoot Dreams blanket for $50 less.
BUY: Fellow Electric Kettle – This isn't an inexpensive kitchen gadget BUT it's really sleek, modern and would love so pretty on your counter. This electric kettle has 225 nearly perfect reviews, claiming it heats super quickly and is even a favorite kitchen appliance for one reviewer! Get this for $45 off right now making it $149.99 (reg. $195).
PASS: Viking Whistling Kettle – This classic kettle may be more affordable than the electric option above but the reviews confirm why. Skip on this still pricy at $79.99 stove top kettle and splurge on the electric option listed above OR get a more economical and highly rated one at Walmart to save even more pennies!

PASS: All Saints Sneakers + Brooks Sneaker – Both of these designer shoes do look nice, but they're not cheap and the reviews scream stay away! If you're looking to update your man's go to sneaker, go with the Cole Haan option that are so classic and well loved!
BUY: Adidas No-Show Socks – Socks are for sure one of the items that should be on the list of best Nordstrom Anniversary Sale items! They can really make or break (pun intended) your shoe game! This 6 pack of no show adidas socks are super affordable and truly stay up and in place. These are a for sure add to cart for just $14.99.
PASS: Stance No-Show Socks – These socks get a lot of hype and we're not exactly sure why! The fit of these just doesn't work for most across the board and they “show” so they're not truly a no-show sock. Go with these instead – which btw cost significantly LESS than the Stance ones and have more pairs!!!
BUY: Federal Transcend Slim Straight Leg Jeans -This is the pair of jeans to pick up for your guy if that's what you're looking for during the sale this year! Neil loves these and they just go with everything. Get them for $129.99 right now (reg. $199), that's a savings of nearly $70 for really high quality denim he'll get tons of wear out of!
PASS: Paige Federal Slim Jeans – Skip on this similar (but different!!) pair of Paige denim that claim these are cut just too skinny (which isn't even much of a trend anymore). There are other way better options that made it on our list of best Nordstrom Anniversary Sale items this year!
