It’s no secret that Nordstrom is our go-to for just about everything really (LOL). But seriously there are sooo many reasons we’re Nordstrom loyalists. They have an amazing return policy if something doesn’t work out, in house FREE alterations, free shipping, and a really good points program that actually saves you money on future purchases (aka free money – girl math!). And when it comes to fall fashion Nordstrom gets it right everytime. Okay, let’s not waste anymore time and get into the best of Nordstrom fall this year. 

Casual Nordstrom fall outfit idea

Let’s start with the main event of this look: the denim jumpsuit of our dreams. Denim is a HUGE trend right now. Really, Canadian tuxedos (denim on denim), denim maxi skirts and jumpsuits are definitely the vibe this fall. This flare legged jumpsuit is giving major 70’s vibes in the best way possible. We love the collar detail and zip front enclosure, which btw is super handy for any nursing mamas out there. The seams and exposed stitching are a super flattering detail, and did we mention this jumpsuit is actually stretchy?! You didn’t think we’d be recommending essentially a full length bodysuit of stiff denim did you?! Jumpsuits are so convenient because it’s an entire outfit in just one piece. There’s no staring at the closet trying to figure out which top goes with which bottoms, it’s a one and done situation and we’re big fans of that. 

Style it with this Chloé Marcie Satchel + a pair of western booties for a relaxed look that can take you from the pumpkin patch, to a country concert, to lunch with friends. Western boots are another really big trend we’re seeing for the fall and this ankle pair fits the bill perfectly coming in four color options (2 of which are on sale)! Active Nordstrom fall outfit idea

Lots of walks are on our agenda with the weather cooling off, and nothing really motivates us to get moving more than a cute new workout outfit. Leggings and a tank may not seem like a revolutionary outfit idea, but it’s also one of those outfits you’ll reach for over and over and over again so it can probably use some refreshing. 

We’re BIG Vuori fans over here. Their leggings are worth every penny. This pair is amazing because they have the same comfy feel of a jogger with the fit of a traditional legging with a cute cuff detail at the bottom. These leggings have some light compression to help you feel held in but are so buttery soft and still look presentable for school drop off! You can pair tons of different tops with these leggings but we’re not the only ones always in need of a good basic crop tee that hits at the right part of your midsection for leggings, right?! Enter: the Vuori energy top. This tank is the perfect amount of cropped so that it doesn’t show your tummy. The lightweight fabric is perfect for working out and can be easily layered with a jacket or hoodie once it gets chilly. 

We love love Hokas for a supportive walking shoe. They’re like pillows for your feet! And don’t just take our word for it, nurses and other medical professionals swear by this brand for long shifts on their feet so you know they have to be good! These lightweight sneakers come in tons of different color ways and they really do give you a little pep in your step thanks to the bouncy, foam sole! Sizes go insanely FAST (especially in the more neutral colors) so make sure you don’t sleep on these if you’ve been wanting to try them! 

Dressy Nordstrom fall outfit idea

If you have any special occasions where you need to be a bit more dressed up, this is the Nordstrom fall outfit for you! This puff sleeve shirtdress is such a sweet, feminine look.
