yesterday was a really special day for our little lyla – we had her baby blessing in church. i posted a couple pictures on instagram and so many people asked where i got her dress, and mine, so here are the details!

the dress i'm wearing is honestly one of the most flattering shirt dresses i've ever worn! it fits like a tailored piece and could totally transition into fall with just a little cardigan. half off right now and available in all sizes.
i bought lyla's dress from the same shop owner who made our first daugher anabelle's blessing dress. i really wanted to give my girls heirloom dresses that they could keep or hand down to their daughters. when we blessed anabelle, i didn't have my blog yet and had just stopped working, and it was a big sacrifice for us to buy her dress. for some reason that little detail makes it even more special to me.
kind of funny too to see our brown couches and the very yellow filter i used on this photo of anabelle 🙂
love seeing my baby girls side by side and how much they look alike, but how different they are too.
