FREE PEOPLE top-rated affordable summer staples!

If you’re an OG follower, you already know that I have a love that runs deep for Free People! It’s a brand that I have wanted to work with since the day I started blogging. They are one of my VERY favorites to buy from and put in my closet, and I’ve been blogging about them since my very first few fashion blog posts. I love how all of their stuff is just so comfortable, made to fit really well, casual, AND super cute – like some of the cutest stuff EVER.

I’m so excited because I’ve recently found lots of really great Free People top-rated, affordable must-haves, and today I’m sharing all those items narrowed down into two cute “looks” that will honestly be perfect for any event or activity you have this summer! Keep on reading and you’ll even find a little surprise at the end… yay!

Look ONE

Let’s first kick this off with FP’s Seven Stars Onesie – wait, did I just say ONESIE?! This isn’t the kind of onesie you’re thinking of like the droopy pajamas you’ll see a baby or toddler wearing. This onesie is a top-rated item from Free People that’s the absolute dreeeeaamiest.

It’s one of the softest things I’ve ever touched, cute, flattering, and so so so comfortable. You can easily wear this as an amazing cover up to the beach, or pair with a sports bra underneath and wear to yoga, or so many other versatile ways!

ALSO, I love that this onesie is just over $100, which is a huge win at Free People, because a lot of their stuff can get a little spendy!

I styled this onesie with another really cute FP find – the “Let’s Do This Tee.” I also paired it with some of FP’s reallllly darling Vincente Slide Sandals which are extremely comfortable, and super easy to literally slide right on. Lightweight and great for running errands or shopping around the mall.

Love, LOVE this outfit, and you’ll find me wearing it a lot this summer. This onesie does run a bit on the larger size, so if you want that extra drapey-look then buy your normal size, or you can even size down one size!

Look TWO

Onto look number TWO. Let’s talk about Free People’s All Day Long Midi T-Shirt Dress. A-MA-ZING. This dress is selling like hotcakes because it’s just so popular, AND it’s only $50!!!! It will definitely be a summer staple in my wardrobe.

It has all the best things you want in a t-shirt dress – short sleeves, a very flattering slit that hits right at the knee, lightweight, and it has the perfect fit around your body where it’s not skin-tight, but it shows some curves while it’s still forgiving in the mid-waist section.

I love love love this dress. Unlike almost any other Free People item where it runs ginormous, this dress fits true to size! I love all of the colors, but they’re selling out QUICK so snag one while you can. Again, only $50 and it’s SO versatile, so you can easily dress it up or keep it casual.

I styled this dress with FP’s Athens Gladiator Sandals. They’re crazy comfortable and just so cute, fun, & different for summer! I especially love to wear a sandal like this with a casual dress because it dresses up the outfit more than flip flops would. But it still provides the same kind of comfort and relaxed feel (what we all love, right?!)

I also paired this outfit with the Imogen Studded Tote, which is SO cute and so on-brand for Free People. It’s a boho-style bag that is made of really soft, beautiful leather. You can choose from two different colors of leather, and it’s the PERFECT size bag.

You won’t be hauling around a big ol’ bag, but it’s the perfect size where you can still carry all of the essentials. I also love the tassels and the fringe. I think it would be a great bag to pair with any dressy or casual outfit this summer.
