we have this stroller and are OBSESSED with it. it's made by baby jogger, so it's not exactly a jogger (although i have heard of people jogging with it), it's definitely more of an every day stroller. the incredible thing about this stroller is its ability to face the babies SO many different ways, and turn from a single into a double in 1 click. you can also click in infant car seats for while they're super tiny and sleep everywhere still!
it has a HUGE undercarriage basket, it glides smoother than any stroller i've ever pushed, it really is the cadillac of strollers.

hey lauren! i finally had time to look this up, sorry it took me a couple days. the city select deluxe is just another way of naming the city select limited edition all-black frame. but it functions exactly like the city select silver frame 🙂 hope that helps!
