I paired this yellow polka dotted skirt with a really feminine cream tie top that was also super affordable at $44.99, and those little cream scalloped heels at $39.99! The heels are really comfortable. I'm shocked they don't have higher ratings! Everything in this outfit (heels included) fit true to size.
This look is so perfect to wear to work but it's cute enough to go out later in too! It's the type of thing I'd wear to a shower, a fancy brunch, an important meeting, a church service or a dressy girls night out.
