Sugar and spice and a few twists for a girl who likes things nice

Fall feels like it’s flying by and I want to hit the pause button! There are still so many sweaters to wear and so much cuddling to be done. I put this outfit together with some fun twists that dip a little into some of the biggest trends of Fall 2016 like chokers and embellished jeans without going too hippie slash punk rocker on you! 😉

This cozy sweater feels like a warm hug and drapes like a dream. The ribbing and asymmetrical front spices things up so it doesn’t look like every other sweater. But it’s subtle enough that you’ll want to try to wear it every day.

What goes better with the coziest, most perfect sweater than a super comfy pair of jeans? NOTHING. My love for Hudson Jeans is well documented – especially their skinny jeans. And these embellished skinnies are no exception. They have the perfect amount of stretch. Translation: they’re super comfortable, but they still make your butt look good. Plus I LOVE the side embellishment – such a huge trend for 2016!

I wasn’t so sure about chokers when they first started making a comeback. This velvet choker is perfect for easing your way into it. It’s delicate and simple, but it adds a little bit of an edgy vibe to any outfit. Plus it’s only $14!

These tan suede booties are the most amazing chestnut color, they're SUPER comfy (like a 9 out of 10!) and I love the block heel. Don’t you think skinnies and booties just go together like peanut butter and jelly?
