I'm all about simplicity, especially this time of year when everyone is Spring cleaning and downsizing. And if you've been around this blog for even 5 minutes you also know I LIVE for comfort. That's why a good cozy shirt dress is at the very top of my list of simple Springtime staples for your closet!
I love that Macy's maternity has so many comfy options, and this maternity shirtdress is my favorite I've EVER owned during pregnancy. I probably got 10 compliments on it the first time I wore it, and it was definitely worth the splurge. It's on sale right now too!

Cutest sneakers for Spring
The next thing I think every girl needs in her easy Spring wardrobe is a good fresh pair of sneakers! I'm taking it all the way back to my 90s days of my mom dressing me in keds and dressing herself in keds and every supermodel in any magazine back then wearing keds, and I think they were onto something because keds are MEGA comfy. And cute. And neutral. And cute with everything!
I love that a simple pair of keds can make an otherwise dressy outfit just a bit dressed down in a second. I love that they're cute with sweats or jeans or a dress like this or a skirt or shorts or leggings or seriously anything else you can dream up.
Plus did you know a brand new perfectly white pair of keds is only $45? A wardrobe staple I can definitely justify with the dozens and dozens of wears in them over the course of a couple years.

Lastly, my favorite wardrobe staple for Spring is a fun pastel colored bag. If you're the kind of girl who gravitates towards light, pretty, pastel shades during Spring and Summer, you'll get tons of use out of a neutral pink or blue or mint 😉 like this irresistible Kate Spade satchel in mint!
